Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us, ABC Autoglas Europe GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Straße 16, E-Mail: vertrieb@abc-autoglas.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for Simile to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we have We will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to ABC Autoglas Europe GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Straße 16, 66459 Kirkel immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Please note that you have to bear the costs of returning the goods. You must any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion:  Excluded from cancellation in accordance with Section 312 g II 1 No. 1 BGB are special orders that must be procured according to specific customer specifications in terms of material, color and model, i.e. they are not items that we have in our standard range and items that have already been used, e.g. here that have already been installed. In these cases, we cannot reasonably be expected to accept returns because these items can no longer be sold elsewhere.
